We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. If your Welevate gear isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it’s right for you. If not, no worries—just reach out and we’ll help you get started.
How Refunds Work
Once we receive your returned item and check that it’s in new condition and original packaging, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method. So if you paid by card, the refund will go right back to that card.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Free of damage or alterations
Return Shipping
As a small business, we do ask that you cover the cost of return shipping if your order was shipped free. We appreciate your understanding—it helps us continue offering great service and products.
