We hope you love your Welevate gear—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Can I return my product?

Absolutely. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re unused and in original condition.
Please note: If your order qualified for free shipping, the return postage will need to be covered by you, as we're a small business doing our best to keep things fair and sustainable.

2. How do I return an item?

Returning your order is easy:

  1. Email us at support@welevateclub.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

  3. Drop the package off at your local post office or shipping provider.

  4. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange according to our return policy.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Please contact us before sending anything back—returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) shipments.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.
